Dual-cylinder synchronous control system, integrated with a dual-servo closed-loop system, is structurally stable with high control precision, ensuring high bending accuracy and repeat positioning precision.

When the worktable is paused, the main servo motor's power consumption is in an idle state, achieving ultra-low energy consumption and noiseless operation, thereby providing environmental protection, energy efficiency, and high safety.

Host Structure


  • On both sides of the machine body, there are C-shaped plates with high-precision magnetic scales mounted on them, thus avoiding the impact of body deformation during bending on bending accuracy.


  • The left and right side plates, upper crossbeam, lower bed, and crossbeam are welded into a frame, providing excellent strength and rigidity.


  • Through rigorous heat treatment to relieve stress and eliminate welding internal stress, the bed has high precision and good stability.
